Tony is passionate about all things mechanical, including his lifelong commitment to Land Rovers. He has worked for over 35 years with Jaguar Land Rover and during that time worked in the areas of:

 

Global Master Technical Trainer

• Flying into markets to assess and support. Markets attended being UK, USA, China, Australia, New Zealand, Hungary, Germany, Turkey, Mongolia and Brazil

• Looking after global markets to support them in their technical competency, identifying improvements as appropiate

• Training development and delivery

• Deployment and audit of Technical training standards in conjunction with Learning Services Standards (LSS) into all global markets

• Ensuring technical training standards are achieved in global markets, adapting training to the local market as required, providing audit and feedback to ensure standards are met and revised as approriate in line with LSS

 

Global Retailer Technical Support

• Power train engineer working on driveline systems

• Commissioning engineer, bringing a new paint system on-line

• Retailer technical support - Principal Engineer, including Military & Police liaison lead
