• Appraise shortfalls and design specific training courses for identified deficiencies for Workshop Teams

• Design and deliver new training programmes as required with product development

• Evaluate the present and future staffing structure of the Workshop Team

• Review workshop interfacing with other departments and operations of the business to ensure it operates as an integrated and cohesive entity

 

Individual Staff Members

• Assess team members to develop their individual skill sets

• Design individual training courses for identified areas and development needs

• Build and structuring in-house mentoring programmes and skill development
